Shipping

We charge £15 post & packaging for unframed artworks. Framed artworks might incur a separate fee for a specialised art courier, if required. Each artist will ship direct from their studio so, with multiple orders, you will not receive your artworks at the same time. Orders will be posted out within 3-5 working days, but please get in touch if you have any special requirements. In some cases, collection from our London office might be possible. We use recycled material as much as possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Returns

If you really would like to return a work of art, we will do what we can to assist. Please email hello@cramerandbell.com with your reason for return.

Framing

Unless stated, all artworks are unframed. We are more than happy to advise on framing methods, and recommend the framers in London. Please email us for more information.

  • Biodegradability: Materials that have minimal environmental impact at end-of-life, or that can safely degrade.

  • Waste reduction: Minimal offcuts, scrap recycling, or incorporation of waste into the artwork.

  • Sustainable tools and methods: Preference for handcrafting, low-impact machinery, or processes with reduced carbon footprint
